Oxidant 1% Developer for Brow Gel Tint

Oxidant 1% Developer is a professional oxidizing emulsion created exclusively for use with Brow Gel Tint. Its low-percentage formula allows controlled pigment activation, making it ideal for soft brow tinting techniques and natural-looking results.

The 1% concentration ensures gentle hair coloring while providing a stable, long-lasting tint on the skin — especially important for light brows, blond clients, and corrective tinting procedures.

BROW TINTING STEPS

Preparation for the eyebrow tinting procedure
Use ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE to cleanse the hair and skin before the eyebrow tinting procedure. Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.

Brow shaping
Create the shape of the eyebrows using any product suitable for this purpose.

Preparation of the coloring mixture
Mix BROW GEL TINT with 1% OXIDANT in a non-metallic container at a ratio of 1:1.

NOTE! The colour of the tint may vary from light brown to black due to contact with air after opening the package. This is normal for the tint composition and does not affect the result of eyebrow tinting or the reproducibility of this result with periodic use of the same tinting mixture.

Brow tinting
Apply the tint to the eyebrows according to the shaped form. Exposure time is 5-15 minutes (depending on the desired result). After the exposure time, remove the tint with a cotton pad moistened with water or ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE. If using the mousse, remove any remaining foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.

NOTE! If the tint goes beyond the desired form, immediately remove it with a cotton swab moistened with water or ÉLAN toner-remover (Smart Skin COLOUR REMOVER or Skin Colour CREAM REMOVER) to prevent the tint from drying on the skin.

Completion of the eyebrow tinting procedure
To fix the achieved result, apply ÉLAN «COLOUR FIX» Colour Fxing Fluid to the eyebrows.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

The oxidant contains hydrogen peroxide. The eyebrow gel tint contains phenylenediamines. Before use, perform an allergy test 48 hours in advance: mix 2 drops of tint and oxidant and apply the mixture to a small area of ​​the skin on the inner elbow. If there is no redness, swelling, or irritation on the skin, you can proceed with tinting.

Mixing ratio is 1:1. For professional use only. Hair dyes can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow the instructions for use. This product is not intended for use by persons under 16 years of age. A temporary «black henna» tattoo may increase the risk of allergy. Do not use tint if you have:

— rash on the face or sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp skin;

— any reaction after hair dyeing;

— a reaction to a temporary black henna tattoo in the past.

Use protective gloves. Do not use metal objects while working with the product. Do not use for eyelash tinting. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water. Thoroughly rinse after application. In case of an allergic reaction, consult a dermatologist.
